Seahouses is home to a lively fishing harbour, and a wide sandy beach with an unspoilt dune system. Add Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Hadrian’s Wall, the Farne Islands, the Scottish Borders and Durham to your itinerary. If you love places of historical interest, then the castles at Bamburgh and Alnwick are well worth your time. Harry Potter fans will recognise the latter from the films.
On arrival at the accommodation you will find the cosy lounge with its woodburner effect gas fire, and Smart TV/DVD to unwind in front of at the end of a day of discovery. The combined kitchen/diner comes fully-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and other items you’d expect to use on a self-catering holiday. Double patio doors offer direct access to the garden. You’ll find three restful bedrooms on the first floor including two spacious doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC, and one bunk bedroom, which is perfect for children. The bathroom contains a shower over the bath with WC close to the bedrooms, for convenience.
