This beautiful property has been converted with exceptional attention to detail. It is a little oasis of calm and tranquillity tucked away in Sand Bay, with its unspoilt 3-mile-long sandy beach and dunes. The property is within 1 mile of the coastal village of Kewstoke where you will find a local pub and shop. The National Trust’s Sand Point is 0.5 miles away, a natural pier with magnificent views out to the Bristol Channel and beyond to the Welsh Mountains. Enjoy a circular walk along Sand Point taking in the beauty of Middle Hope Bay and far-reaching views to Clevedon. Woodspring Priory is also worth a visit. The seaside towns of Clevedon (15 miles) and Weston-super-Mare with its world-famous Weston Grand Pier (4 miles) are within easy reach, as well as Cheddar Gorge (15 miles), and Wells (24 miles) with its striking cathedral. Enjoy a day trip to the city Bristol (25 miles) offering shops, theatres, cinemas, museums, bars and restaurants.

This detached property is situated in the grounds of the owners’ farm and is an immaculate conversion of a traditional stone barn that formerly housed working farm horses. The main accommodation is arranged all on one level, guests will enter into an immaculate kitchen/diner with views over the paddock. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has all the facilities you will need to cook a lazy breakfast or a delicious feast. From here, head into the spacious, light, and airy lounge with a vaulted ceiling and feature window with French doors that lead to the outside. It is a lovely space to relax and watch nature in the wildlife pond (unfenced), or you could enjoy watching a movie on the Smart TV. After a busy day exploring, head to the first of the two bedrooms which is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed. Completing the ground- floor accommodation is a contemporary shower room with a rainfall shower and Bluetooth mirror so you can play your favourite music. Heading upstairs from the lounge, find a small landing that leads through an archway to an additional bedroom, which has been built into the eaves of the property so has low sloping ceilings. This is a double bedroom which is perfect for an extra guest, or if friends wish to holiday together.

Head outside from the French doors and onto the private patio, here you will find outside seating which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. The patio looks out onto an unfenced wildlife pond and a paddock where guests are welcome to roam.
