Ideally situated amidst the rural Devon countryside and close to the Cornwall border, you will be perfectly placed for a relaxed break. Within 5 miles, in Shebbear, you will find a local village pub serving excellent bar meals. Bude (15 miles), on the North Cornish coast, is well worth a visit and is famed for its dog friendly beaches and beauty, as well as a great selection of shops and restaurants. It is also a gateway to the South West Coast Path. Outdoor and nature enthusiasts will be especially spoiled for choice with the famous Ruby Way (9 miles), Tarka Trail (11 miles), and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks within easy reach (20 and 30 miles respectively), offering great hiking, cycling, and fishing in unspoiled countryside.

This idyllic split level stone barn is set within the grounds of the owner’s farm. Stepping inside this cosy split-level barn, you will immediately find yourself in the galley style kitchen which is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. Take a step down to the well-presented open-plan living/dining space. This area boasts a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and French doors to outside with lovely views of the garden. Here you can relax in style after a busy day exploring. A beautiful bedroom is just off this living area and has a king-size bed; there is an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside, further highlights await in the shape of a large, enclosed patio area. This provides a wonderful place to dine alfresco during warm weather.

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean barn conversion. Ideally situated on the north Devon and Cornwall borders. Stunning beaches nearby which are dog friendly for costal walks. Farm shop/ cafe within half a mile offering delious food and cakes. Would definitely recommend a stay. Our dogs loves their stay and enjoyed their doggie treats. Thank you.

We had a great week in this small converted barn in the heart of the countryside. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely outlook from the barn with plenty of wildlife to look out for.

A fantastic property for that 'get away from everything break'. Lovely location and secluded yet ideally situated to visit both Devon and Cornwall. Great for nature lovers with sightings of the resident Barn Owl, Heron, Jay's, and Wren amongst others. Met the owners who were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The property was extremely clean, well equipped and cosy. The setting is perfect for those wanting a quiet break in a pretty spot.

Had an amazing week in this beautiful Barn and surrounding area. Saw the resident White barn owl , hedgehog family, hares, deer, birds..... something different every day while sitting on the patio. Very relaxing place to stay, very clean and tidy. Good place to relax and quiet. Easy to get too other places in Devon and Cornwall.
