This immaculate, converted hay barn is situated in the heart of an 11-acre working cider orchard with over 2,100 apple trees. Make wonderful memories by touring the orchards, guests can even watch the award-winning cider being made when the season is right, but best of all guests can enjoy some cider tasting! Bottled cider is always for sale, but on a Friday and most Saturdays from Easter to Halloween, the owner's neighbouring cider-tasting taproom is open, which offers food, live music and the first Thursday of the month quiz. The location is perfect for exploring the towns and cities of Wedmore (3 miles), Axbridge (3.5 miles), Cheddar (5.5 miles), Wells (11 miles), Glastonbury (11.5 miles), Bath and Bristol. Or visit the seaside towns of Burnham-on-Sea (9 miles) and Weston-super-Mare (12.5 miles). The first two weeks in November is carnival season with the renowned Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare Carnivals.

You are welcomed into the delightful accommodation through the front door where you enter a hall with a useful WC and space to hang coats. Head through to the fantastically appointed open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with French doors opening to the patio which overlooks the apple orchards. There is a well-appointed kitchen with a great range of appliances and a dining table, which is perfect for relaxed family meals. Back to the hall and head upstairs to the three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master is a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin and the third is a bunk bedroom. Both the master and twin bedrooms boast far-reaching countryside views. Completing this floor is an immaculate family bathroom.

Heading outside from the French doors you will find a patio and garden which has a wonderful outlook into the orchards, which guests are very welcome to explore. Here you can either enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating or relax with a good book. There is also the option of hiring the Lay-Z Spa hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies (to be arranged directly with owner for £50 per stay).

A lovely cottage with welcoming hosts! Bramley Cottage is the perfect base to explore Somerset. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 5 of us, we enjoyed watching the deer in the orchard whilst we sat in the hot tub. The cider barn was lots of fun and we enjoyed trying the different ciders made on the farm.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location with the added benefit of the taproom next door. The village of Wedmore is worth going to with plenty of shops and great restaurants.

Lovely cottage, spacious and comfortable. Quiet location, very peaceful. Great base to visit what Somerset has to offer, i.e. Cheddar Gorge, Wookey hole caves and Bath. Mr &Mrs Rolfe the owners, were just great, really friendly, helpful and welcoming.
