Lovely barn conversion with plenty of space. We had a family get together here and it was perfect for that. The owner's were friendly and welcoming but not overbearing. I would strongly recommend this property to others.

The Barn was really comfortable and the owners, Mark and Rachel who lived next door, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We had all the kitchen utensils we could have needed. The place was warm with plenty of hot water and when we needed an extra towel it was provided without question. A lovely spacious barn with everything you need for a stay. A great location near Dunstable Downs with plenty of pubs nearby. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious and the lounge and outside area can easily accommodate more than 8 people. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Barn, 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. Lots of room, very clean and comfortable. For such a large property it still felt cosy. We used this as a base to go out and do other activities, Rachel and Mark were really friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful newly built house with wonderful walks around the nearby nature reserve. 3 large comfortable sofas, well positioned for chatting. Generous outdoor seating on the patio with cosy blankets provided for evening BBQ's. A warm welcome from the owners & their family.
