Perched on the outskirts of New Quay in West Wales, this converted mill has been transformed into a charming and distinctive residence that seamlessly marries modern comfort with its industrial past. The exterior retains the character of the original structure, with weathered stone walls and the remnants of the mill's machinery adding a touch of authenticity. The scenic Wales Coast Path provides picturesque hiking routes with panoramic views of the coastline, and you can discover the charming town of New Quay itself, known for its colourful houses, quaint shops, and friendly atmosphere. Take a boat trip for a chance to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins that frequent the area. Immerse yourself in the local marine life at the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre (2.5 miles). For history enthusiasts, explore the ruins of Llanina church (1 mile) or visit the nearby National Trust property, Llanerchaeron (7 miles). With its blend of coastal beauty, outdoor adventures and cultural experiences, New Quay is a versatile destination.

The open-plan kitchen and living room exude comfort and spaciousness, creating a welcoming haven for both cooking and relaxation. The kitchen boasts modern appliances with ample counter space. The living area is adorned with plush furnishings, inviting guests to unwind in front of a homely wood burner, casting a warm glow across the room. For added convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine is easily accessible on the ground floor. Heading through the hallway from the kitchen, takes you upstairs, two bedrooms beckon with their cosy double beds, each promising a restful night's sleep. The ground floor shower room, equipped with a refreshing shower, reflects contemporary design and functionality. Leading from the living room is the third ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate WC with a second staircase taking you to the fourth large double bedroom. This thoughtfully designed space seamlessly combines modern amenities with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for both relaxation and socialising.

Guests are invited to enjoy the expansive front garden, an open and unfenced area that provides a picturesque setting for relaxation. Within the front garden, there are unique features, including a greenhouse and the original water wheel, adding character to the surroundings. Guests with young children are requested to exercise caution around these features. To enhance the outdoor experience, a BBQ is provided for al fresco cooking, and a table and chairs set allows guests to savour meals amid the tranquillity of the garden.
