Haverigg is a small coastal village nestled on the Cumbrian coast, known for its quaint harbour, sandy beaches, and welcoming atmosphere. Take a leisurely stroll along the sandy shores of Haverigg Beach, where the peaceful waves of the Irish Sea meet the coastline. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Hodbarrow Nature Reserve, a haven for birdwatching and wildlife observation. The reserve is home to diverse flora and fauna. Venture to Muncaster Castle (14 miles), a historic gem surrounded by beautiful gardens. Explore the castle's rich history, attend entertaining falconry displays, and wander through the delightful grounds. Alternatively, experience the nostalgia of steam travel on the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway (15 miles), offering a scenic journey through the Eskdale Valley with views of the Scafell Range.

As you enter through the front door of this reverse-level cottage, you'll find yourself in a charming entrance hall, perfect for storing muddy boots. On the ground floor, the first bedroom is a double room adorned with large windows that frame the mesmerising sea views. Next door to the double bedroom is a bright twin bedroom, also offering stunning sea views. The family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath, provides a convenient and stylish space for relaxation and rejuvenation after a day of seaside adventures. But the magic truly unfolds when you ascend the stairs to the upper level. The entire floor is an open-plan delight, featuring a lounge with Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area, which are seamlessly integrated for a spacious and sociable feel. The highlight is the set of bi-folding doors that lead to a balcony, allowing you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset dinner, this space is designed to elevate your seaside experience.

Step outside onto the balcony and feel the gentle sea breeze on your face as you soak in the serenity of the coastal surroundings. The shared garden extends the outdoor experience, offering additional seating for relaxation.

We had a fabulous weekend stay. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The local area was great and we were able to keep our grandson entertained on the lovely beach and little park area. The thoughtful gifts left for us on our arrival was an amazing touch thank you.

A great sea front location facing South. Having the living room and kitchen upstairs provided fantastic views from this bright room. Although we werent able to make use of it, the outside seating would have been great for couples and families.
