This cosy country lodge is nestled in the small hamlet of Strachan just a few miles southwest of Banchory. At this welcoming property, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge is a haven for relaxation, where you can unwind while enjoying a movie or catching up on your favourite TV programme. On cooler evenings, cosy up in front of an elegant electric fire, creating the perfect ambience after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, while the stylish dining area provides an ideal setting to enjoy meals with family and friends, all while admiring the lovely views. There are three bedrooms in this deceptively spacious lodge starting with the master bedroom featuring a double-size bed and an en-suite shower with WC. A further two twin bedrooms are located across the hallway, with a separate wet room shower and WC.

Heading outside, you will step onto the spacious enclosed patio where you will find your private hot tub to sink into. Enjoy al fresco dining in the seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or early evening glass of wine.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The ambience was incredibly relaxing, with a well-maintained interior that made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled amidst the mountains, offering breathtaking views in every direction. A beautiful lodge in lovely surroundings. Thoughtful welcome basket of gifts for us and also for our dog. It felt very welcoming and homely. Would definitely recommend and would also definitely return.

A very comfortable and clean lodge in excellent surroundings which are ideal for lovers of the countryside. We had an extremely relaxing time and would certainly visit again. Linvale had everything that we wanted, it was very comfortable, lovely quiet location, great views and the hot tub was a bonus. I would very much like to return and enjoy another holiday there. Linvale is a great base for exploring in all directions.

We had fantastic time, the lodge is great, very clean, warm and comfy! The hot tub was a great hit, and the location was perfect.
