In addition to the comfortable seating area, there's a desk ideally situated for catching up on creative pursuits. On the same floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, large windows, and a door leading to the garden. This bright and airy space is ideal for preparing and sharing meals with family and friends, with a spacious dining table and benches. The ground floor also includes a convenient WC and a versatile utility room that doubles as a shower room. As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover the king-size bedroom boasting lovely sea views, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of the coastline every morning. Adjacent, is a well-appointed bathroom with a bath and handheld shower, making it easy to relax and refresh after a day of seaside adventures. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Step outside onto the decked terrace, where you can indulge in outdoor cooking on the BBQ, relax on comfortable garden furniture, and unwind on cosy sofas. The garden also offers a grassy area. Beautiful property a short walk to a beautiful beach which we all enjoyed. Very clean and tidy. Everything thought of, toys, DVDd and books for children if you have them. Kitchen has everything you need on holiday and more. We loved sitting at the dining table looking out at the garden. Tables and chairs in the garden that we didnt get to use as thRead moree weather didnt allow it. Definitely would return for another holiday!! Hide

Lovely property in a super location. Enjoyed walking to the beach and coming back to sit on the deck. Glorious in the morning sitting in the living room window, admiring the views with the sun shining in - the sea in one direction and horses out of the back window. The house had everything we needed.

We have just spent a wonderful 5 days at The Lobster Pot. The house is fully equipped with everything you need; and it is clean and comfortable. The view of the sea from the front was amazing and the back garden was a haven. I would definitely recommend this property.
