Step into the entrance hall of this welcoming property in the heart of the coastal village of Cullen. Leave coats and boots in the entrance hallway and walk through to the open-plan dining and living area. The well-equipped kitchen has access to the small garden patio area, a great spot for coffee first thing in the morning. The spacious lounge with its dining area offers a great space to unwind after a day exploring this beautiful area and a large dining room table is perfect for an evening meal together if you prefer a night in to get the maps and guidebooks out and plan your next day's adventures. There is also a selection of board games. Sleep and rejuvenate in the cosy bedrooms; you have the option to have the super-king-size bed set up as a twin if you are holidaying with a friend or family member. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the lounge.

Outside, you’ll find a shared cottage garden with pretty planting and hanging baskets. The apartment has a private seating area with a garden table and chairs to stay cool on hot summer afternoons.

Lovely, well equipped, clean and comfortable stay. My wife said it was the most comfortable bed she had slept in for a while :) Ideally situated for exploring the area around and the dog loved the beach in Cullen too. Good meal (including Cullen Skink) at the Seafield Arms, which is directly opposite. Village has everything you need. Visited the anRead moretique & gift shops in the village as well. Recommended stay for 2 people (and one dog) :) Hide

Our stay was superb. Phillipa is an excellent host and kindly offered us the use of her own private garden. Everything was as described in the brochure and the area around Cullen was so beautiful.

Lovely little flat with everything we needed, providing a great base for exploring the local area. Very thoughtful extras such as a lovely welcome pack, made our stay even more special.

Cosy and comfortable, ideal for one or two people, Philippa has an eye for details that'll make you feel right at home. Particularly loved the sun bathed patio for morning coffee and evening glass of wine.
