Set in the stunning grounds of a late Victorian townhouse, this detached outbuilding has been converted to a charming two-storey dwelling, ideal for small families and friends exploring North Wales. Centrally located in the second smallest city in the UK, St Asaph sits just on the edge the Clywdian Range AONB and has an abundance of local amenities on your doorstep, including local pubs, cafes and shops. Visit Britain's smallest ancient cathedral next door, take a stroll along the River Elwy with pretty views of the surrounding countryside, or you're only 6 miles away from the popular market town of Denbigh. Explore historic Rhuddlan Castle (3 miles) in the neighbouring town, while the beaches of Pensarn, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl and Prestatyn are all less than 10 miles away. A mere 0.5 miles away from the North Wales Expressway, this cosy retreat becomes your gateway to explore Llandudno, Conwy, Snowdonia National Park, Wrexham and Chester with absolute ease.

Stepping into this pretty, ivy-woven outbuilding, drop your coats and shoes in the long hallway before entering the cosy, open-plan living space, renovated with all the modern touches. After a fun day of exploring, two comfortable sofas welcome you all to relax in front of the Smart TV, whilst the stylish kitchen with granite worktops is well-equipped to enjoy a delicious evening meal in front of the patio doors. Heading upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, served by the well-appointed family bathroom with a shower over bath and a bidet. The bedrooms include a super-king-size room and a cosy twin, both with zip-and-link beds that be changed for your needs at the time of booking. Each bedroom is dressed with ample storage and a smart TV. Relaxing soft furnishings and funky art work are found throughout the property, making you feel right at home!

Open up the patio doors in the living area to enjoy your own private, enclosed space outside. Gather around the firepit BBQ on an evening, where you can catch the sun setting over the distant hills. A gated driveway leads you to your retreat where EV charging is available. Whilst you are situated next to the owner’s residence, privacy is certainly assured throughout your stay.

This is very well appointed cottage that is located in the quiet town of St Asaph. An easy 20 to 30 minute drive will take to North Wales key seaside towns and beaches. The latter was the prime reason for our visit although there are many other places of interest and things to do within easy reach of the cottage. The owners are very pleasant and exRead moretremely helpful. My family had a very enjoyable stay and feel really lucky to have found this cottage. I wish the owners much success in this venture Hide

A new venture for the owner family they've hit the ground running and there were very few issues all of which were minor and resolved. All the very pet orientated family were welcoming and friendly. We were given free run of the beautiful gardens. Good parking, internet, hot water, two sofas, new kitchen. Upper floor rooms very good with large bedsRead more and lovely views. Coffee/Tea jars rather than sachets - very welcome.. A big thank you for our lovely stay. Hide
