This gorgeous, single-storey holiday home is peacefully located at the end of a private road, just outside of the picturesque seaside town of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. The property sits right next to the island’s gorgeous coastal path, meaning guests are never far from a splendid morning or afternoon of rewarding cliff-top walks. Just a mile away through the countryside is a welcoming, dog-friendly pub, which you can incorporate into your afternoon walk together. The nearby harbour town of Yarmouth (3 miles) offers an array of shops, traditional pubs, and cafes, as well as charming architecture to discover. Visit the local markets and treat yourself to artisanal goods, fresh produce, and unique souvenirs to take home. Wow, what a wonderful holiday cottage both inside and out. It feels more like home with beautiful furnishings and everything you could possibly need. The fully enclosed large garden is beautiful, the dog loved it. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house and fabulous location; ideal for dog walks. House and garden ideal for children and dogs; plenty of space in the garden for a good run round. Lovely quiet, peaceful area, not overlooked. House was well equipped and very welcoming.

We loved staying at Lyndale, possibly the best equipped and very stylish place with a large established garden. The hosts have left us some thoughtful goodies to start our holiday -it was a lovely surprise. Thank you! We put some hazelnuts in the squirrel feeder on the first day and kept topping them up and we had red squirrels coming to the gardenRead more every day. We prefer West Wight as it is less touristy and this is the perfect location. Less than 10 minutes drive from Yarmouth and the ferry. Hide

Lovely house and great garden for pets or children, we could not find seat cushions for the outside furniture and on enquiry the owner resolved the next day. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend to our friends and family.

Lyndale is a lovely cottage with a superb garden. The house has been carefully refurbished and as a result the equipment and facilities are top class. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again at some point soon.
