Croyde, is one of Devon’s best loved coastal seaside villages, with its large sandy beach, ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike. The beach’s well regarded surf academy offers surfing and paddleboard lessons for visitors as young as five, and coasteering from the age of eight. There is also a riding stables in the village, which can give holidaymakers the magical experience of beach riding. In the area surrounding Croyde, there are plenty of other wonderful beaches, including those at Saunton Sands and Woolacombe. Other places of interest in the area include the harbour town of Ilfracombe, Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, and Exmoor National Park.

The single storey layout of the property means that all three bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, two of which are double rooms, with the third being a restful twin room. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC.
Outside, spacious lawn gardens wrap around the house, while a patio seating area with garden furniture and a BBQ to the front of the property, provides a lovely space to sit and enjoy the sunshine, or relax over an alfresco meal.
