Set in the outskirts of Torquay, this property would comfortably house a family or small group of friends happy to share rooms. Local amenities are in both St Marychurch and Babbacombe – the two suburbs the house is in between. There are plenty of shops and cafes in both, but also the attractions of the Model Village, just over 300 metres away, the Bygones Museum, just over 150 metres away, and paths directly to Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches, which are 1 mile away.

Inside the property, there is a large living and dining area with a TV to watch from the comfortable sofas. The dining table will sit up to six people easily for sociable mealtimes. The kitchen has everything guests need to rustle up those delicious meals and is spacious. Upstairs, all bedrooms share a shower room with WC. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is a twin. Finally, the third bedroom is a cosy single.

Outside, the property has a small, enclosed patio. While the garden is not large, the property is so close to the outdoor space of Oddicombe Beach Hill, guests can happily still spend a lot of time outdoors.

We were four friends and we spent great week in the cottage. Comfort is high level, neighbourhood is quiet, the area is full of charming shops... Really pleasant, we warmly recommand this renting.

We stayed for a week at Christmas and found the cottage perfect for our needs. We even managed to cook a full Xmas dinner as there was plenty of baking trays and serving dishes. We appreciated the Xmas touches left for us - small lit up tree, crackers and tinsel. House was nice and warm and plenty of hot water too. We took our Amazon firestick for Read morethe tv and the wifi was good enough that we could use Netflix as well as all our gadgets at the same time. Location is very convenient for Babbacombe sea front, the cliff railway and model village - all my favourite places! Co-op and Sainsburys are very near which is great. We are very familiar with the area as have family there and I would definitely return to this property. Hide

Property was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was there. Was like home from home. Lots of thought put in for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Shops in walking distance for groceries which was very helpful.
