A contemporary but bijou one-bedroom apartment on the busy harbour front of St Ives above the Rum and Crab Shack restaurant/bar which does play live music. The property boasts enviable views of its harbour and surrounding coastline, including Smeaton’s Pier and Godrevy Lighthouse. Guests can lose hours wandering the narrow and winding streets of St Ives, home to an eclectic mixture of cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops, just 100 metres from the apartment. The sounds of the sea will never be far from guests’ ears and many a water sports lover and sunbather have been called to the golden sands of Harbour Sand, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden or Porthminster, four beaches of varying sizes located just 1 mile from the apartment. While there is no outside space at the apartment, after heading down onto a street level, guests will find themselves on St Ives’ bustling Wharf Road, a magnet for crowds throughout the year.
