The bustling town and harbour of Porthmadog is 3 miles and sandy beaches at Borth -y- Gest and Black Rock Sands are both 4 miles.
The sitting room has beamed ceilings and a wood burner in an inglenook fireplace as well as two comfortable sofas; a spacious separate dining room has a tiled floor with underfloor heating and a door leading out to the rear garden. The galley-style kitchen also has underfloor heating and is well-equipped to cook up a feast. The bedrooms are both on the first floor – one a twin with views over the village to mountains beyond, and the other with a king-size bed and views to the mountain from the front and the railway to the rear.
