Enjoy long strolls along the beach (160 metres), or if you want to stretch your legs a little further, there’s a clifftop path that runs all the way to the Grade II-listed Cromer Pier (1.5 miles) – a great place to grab a bite to eat or catch a show. Further afield, head to Morston Quay (13 miles) to take a boat trip to see the seals in their natural environment at Blakeney Point; or make your way to the pretty Georgian town of Holt (9.5 miles) to explore the country park and browse the book shops and art galleries.
Step inside this light and bright cottage and kick off your shoes in the entrance lobby – there’s plenty of room for storage. Head to the stylish sitting/dining room and make yourself at home in this beautifully-furnished sitting area. There’s a lovely log burner fire to make you feel right at home, as well as a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, CD Hi-Fi and a dining table. When it’s time to eat, make your way through to the stylish kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to create a feast to remember for your loved ones: an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Serve a dinner to remember in the pretty dining area and then enjoy a glass of wine by the glow of the electric fire. A stylish bathroom with shower over the bath, and a WC rounds off the ground-floor layout. When the day is done, you’ll find two fabulous bedrooms on the first floor – a bright, spacious twin, and a king-size room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and a TV/DVD player (please note there is a small gap between the foot of the bed and the wall in this room).
Step outside and you’ll discover a lovely fully-enclosed courtyard garden with a patio area – the perfect place to fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco with your loved ones. Please note that neighbouring properties have right of way to an access path to the property.
