Property code: OC-73CAED

Well-located in the popular holiday village of Abersoch, this house is stylishly decorated with a jaunty seaside touch of blue, and offers great accommodation for six people. The sheltered bay with its golden sands, pretty beach huts and cafes is 0.5 miles away. For a day on the water, hire a paddleboard, kayak or sailing dinghy from outlets at the harbour 800 metres away, or take a boat trip to see the seals, sea birds and, if you’re lucky, dolphins too. The fascinating village of Nant Gwrtheyrn with its interesting museum, including a quarryman’s cottage from 1910, is just 14 miles north across the peninsula.

The charming lounge/dining room is a comfortable space with its cushy seating, TV, CD player, and traditional dining table. It’s a wonderful social space to gather with the family at the end of a busy day with French doors providing a view onto the garden, and of the village and sea in the distance. Throw open the doors on warm days to let the outside in. The lovely kitchen is adjacent, providing all you need for cooking tasty meals. There are three bedrooms to choose from at this fantastic coastal holiday let – sink beneath the covers in one of three double beds, all in rooms thoughtfully decorated for restful nights. Finally, the contemporary bathroom has a charming kidney-shaped bath.

The fully-enclosed, rear garden has split-level lawns and the patio features a comfortable outdoor sofa, table, chairs, a BBQ and idyllic views.

A really lovely cottage within easy reach of bars, restaurants and numerous amazing beaches. On arrival the place was spotlessly clean and a nice touch was having the central heating already turned on for us.

Really comfortable bungalow with all amenities needed for our holiday. Close to a convenience store, 10mins from a doggy friendly beach and the village. Loved Abersoch and would stay here again in the future

My family and I had an enjoyable holiday in this bungalow. It's an undulating, 10-minute walk to the beach - we will stay closer next time we visit. There will definitely be a next time as we think Abersoch is such a lovely town. We recommend The Creel for fish and chips, and coasteering with Abersoch Watersports. Apres Sea is lovely for an informaRead morel, early evening drink. If you'd like to eat at The Potted Lobster, book well in advance, as we couldn't get a table while we were there in mid-July. Pwllheli Tandoori delivers good Indian food to Abersoch. The Island House's homemade ice cream is recommended. The beaches and sea are very clean and we never felt crowded there. A walk along the coastal path at Nefyn is well worth it. Hide
