Explore the ruins of Whitby Abbey, or enjoy the Dracula Experience (less than 0.5 miles). Climb the famous 199 steps or learn about mighty voyages at the Captain Cook Memorial Museum (less than 0.5 miles).
As you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the kitchen/lounge/dining area. It’s a lovely open-plan space with coastal decor and a white wooden ceiling. The galley-style kitchen area has wooden worktops for preparing hearty meals. When it comes to enjoying dinner with your guests, sit at the table and chairs and look out onto the tranquil River Esk. The lounge area boasts a comfortable sofa and armchair alongside another window that looks out onto the harbour towards the Marina. On the first floor, you’ll find a calming bathroom with a shower over the bath. The master bedroom on this floor is an elegant space with draped curtains, a white wooden beamed ceiling and a large window that overlooks the water which you can gaze out of while enjoying a coffee in the double bed or easy chair. Climbing the stairs to the second floor, there’s a bedroom with a zip-and-link bed which can be separated into twin beds to sleep two children. This room also boasts impressive views across the harbour and a large leather bench seat. Please be mindful of the sloped ceilings in this room.
