This apartment has everything you need for a dreamy seaside break with the family, or a romantic coastal holiday for two. Famous as a quaint seaside town, St Ives is home to stunning beaches and a quirky art scene. Stay here and you’ll be in the ideal location to spend your days lapping up the sunshine on the beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, exploring the local galleries, or sampling the local fish scene. It’s a family-friendly location with plenty to do, with shops and a pub just moments from the front door.

The apartment is set out across two floors. The entrance leads you to a narrow spiral staircase, which takes you to the open-plan living space on the second floor. A modern kitchen/dining area is fitted with all the essential appliances, and there is a sociable dining table to enjoy meals with family or friends. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with TV, and a shower room with a modern suite and walk-in shower. A further spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine. This charming room enjoys rooftop views of St Ives. It is a comfortable area to relax after a day of exploring, and it also has a sofa bed.

Whilst there is no dedicated outside space, you have all of St Ives' fantastic beaches on your doorstep for a fabulous seaside stay.

On the whole the flat is clean and comfortable, noise from the road can at times be intrusive, a better range of crockery and glassware and cooking utensils needs to be addressed

The Cottage met our needs well. Walking access with luggage from the Railway Station worked OK for us, but may not suit everyone. Carrying luggage up the 3 staircases was challenging, but we were well advised in advance, we managed it well and only had to do it once!. A compact apartment that is very centrally located and therefore great to wander into town. The spiral stair access can be a tight fit if suitcases are large.

When we arrived at the property there was 2 black bag full of rubbish left in the property which had a horrible smell. There was no bins outside of the property or any instructions to tell us where to dispose of any waste. Saucepans & frying pan was not clean properly & had to be washed before use.
