This spacious apartment is located on the seafront of Broadstairs overlooking the beach, bay and cliff-top gardens, making it a wonderful base for a family or small group of four from which to explore Kent’s breathtaking coastline. Broadstairs is a quintessentially British seaside resort with sandy beaches, hidden bays, coastal gardens, and tearooms, along with interesting shops and places to eat and drink, on the doorstep of this property. It was believed to be Charles Dickens’ favourite holiday spot, and visitors can learn more about the author at the Dickens House Museum. Margate, with a wide choice of places to visit, including the Turner Contemporary art gallery and theme park Dreamland, is under 4 miles away. Keen walkers can take advantage of the many cliff-top walks accessible from the town.

Situated on the first floor of a grand Victorian building, the entrance to the property is via a lift or stairs from the elegant shared foyer. The living area is spacious and bright with large windows and a door leading out onto the balcony. The dining area and kitchen are stylish and well-equipped with everything required for a self-catering break. Two bedrooms can be found at the rear of the property: the master double boasts an en-suite shower room, and there is also a twin bedroom. The family bathroom is contemporary in design and well-appointed.

Outside the apartment, guests can take in the stunning views of Viking Bay, the botanical gardens and the bandstand from the large balcony that spans the width of the property, and is furnished with a table and chairs.

A lovely flat in a great locaion with wonderful views. It was also well equipped, comfortable and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby - we liked The Little Sicilian at the top of Oscar Road. Fantastic flat in a prime location, plus a parking space, which is rare in this area & a lift to the accommodation which really did help us as I have a mobility problem. The apartment is spacious, airey & very clean, with all the appliances you would need. We loved getting up in the morning & having our breakfast on the balcony with fantastic sea vRead moreiews. I think the best location in Broadstairs, probably Kent. Great place, handy for everything especially restaurants and beach. Perfect to have own parking.

Property was well equipped absolutely everything you could need location right beside the sea with amazing sea views and watched the sun rise every morning also a nice little high street near by really enjoyed our week.
