This family-friendly holiday cottage is traditionally decorated and set on the first and second floors. St Ives Harbour is just 400 metres away with its soft and sandy beach that’s lined with shops, pubs, cafes and galleries. It’s also just 400 metres to Porthmeor Beach in the opposite direction. This beach is also sandy and popular with surfers and swimmers.
You enter the property via five granite steps to the porch. On the first floor is the kitchen/diner and lounge. The bright kitchen area has quirky green worktops and white cupboards with everything you need to rustle up a meal. It also has a breakfast bar and then a dining area towards the other end with a table and chairs that seat five people. The lounge is a spacious room with a fabric two-seater sofa and two matching armchairs set around a coffee table, TV and ornate fireplace with a wood burner-effect electric fire. The second floor encompasses three bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one has a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and wardrobe, giving you plenty of space to store your clothing and belongings. Bedroom two offers twin single beds, a bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom three has a single bed that looks out of a window and there’s also another wardrobe. All three bedrooms are filled with natural light and decorated with clean white walls. The bathroom has tiled walls, a walk-in shower, WC and an airing cupboard.
There is public pay and display parking at The Island within 400 metres from the property.
