A large, reverse-level property, this exceptional holiday home offers sweeping vistas of the North Devon coast yet within walking distance of the village with its array of eateries, and the stunning sandy beach. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom retreat, has been designed to pull the views of Woolacombe Bay right into the living space. With landscaped gardens, the property could suit keen walkers and those who love the great outdoors, as well as families simply eager to be close to the beach or the village centre with its array of shops and eateries is within walking distance. From here, pick up the South West Coast Path to walk in either direction. Enjoy your proximity to the long beach at Saunton Sands, 7.5 miles away, and to Ilfracombe, 5.5 miles away, with its beaches and seaside attractions. Visit the famous Tunnels Beaches here and take the children to the aquarium.

Enter the house from the front at ground-floor level, where the main lounge/kitchen/diner is situated. This superb space features an abundance of windows that not only make the most of the views but also bring the light streaming in. Slide the doors open in here to step out onto the glass-fronted balcony. Prepare meals for your party in the kitchen space, then dine up at the breakfast bar or the dining table. Relax afterwards in front of the TV. There is also a utility room at this level. Follow the stairs down to find a conservatory, where you can also relax and lose yourselves in the panoramas, as well as four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bedrooms include two king-sizes, one with a TV and en-suite shower room, and two twins.

Spill out into the mature, terraced garden, which offers beautiful areas of planting, a small lawn and different levels. There is a patio for outside dining and the long balcony is also a pleasant place to relax.

The golden three mile expanse of Woolacombe beach is within walking distance also the local village with its array of eateries and shops.  The picturesque village of Mortehoe is within a short drive and can offer some spectacular walks along the many coastal paths.

The location is terrific but it should be noted that the property is situated at the top of a very steep hill, the walk up is not for the faint hearted. The living space is terrific & the kitchen exceptionally well equipped.
