It lies in a peaceful part of Cromer, yet still within 0.5 miles of the beach and approximately 1 mile from the bustling centre of the town, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a couple, small family or even two couples together, the two-bedroom, first-floor hideaway could be suitable for anyone seeking to enjoy the attractions of Cromer while being slightly removed from its bustling heart. Enjoy your proximity to the Royal Cromer Golf Club, 500 metres away, take the children to Amazona Zoo, 1 mile from the apartment, and head out to the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, just over 2 miles away.

Let yourselves into the red-brick building and make your way up the stairs to the apartment. Stroll in to discover the heart of your holiday retreat is an inviting lounge, where you can spend quality time together when you are not out and about exploring. Settle in here on the sofa, which can also be made into a bed by prior arrangement, in front of the Smart TV or DVD; play games, read your books or listen to the DAB radio. When members of your party become hungry, amble through to the kitchen/diner, which has a built-in electric oven, gas hob, combination microwave and fridge/freezer to start preparing meals. There is also a handy dishwasher and a washing machine. At the end of each fun-filled day, make your way into either the double bedroom or the twin. There is a family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower attachment and WC.

There is no garden or outside space with this apartment, but guests can follow pleasant walks through the woods from close by and can stroll down to the beach. The apartment comes with driveway parking for one car.

A lovely apartment, light and bright, clean and comfortable. Good location, easy access to A149 and short walk through woods to the coast path.

The apartment was an ideal base for our family break in Norfolk. We thought it was good value for money and generally a comfortable/functional space. The kids loved the fact there was a park right outside!

We had a lovely stay in this well equipped and clean and fresh flat. There are lovely walks to beach and the flat is also close Overstrand as well as Cromer beach. The playground opposite was very popular with the children.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment had every thing and more for a comfortable stay. Also it was nice having a parking space on the grounds. Plus location was great to explore Norfolk during our stay. Will go back again glad we booked.
