This generous modern home is ideal for a large family to enjoy a fun beach holiday on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. Set in a quiet residential area in the seaside town of Abersoch, the house is well under a mile from the town’s sandy beaches. The coast here is sheltered and the beaches are known to be clean and safe. It’s an ideal place for families to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday in a laidback town with plenty of amenities. Guests might like to rent one of the colourful beach huts on the front. Bring beach games, buckets and spades and boogie boards and set up camp for the week. The water sports centre offers a great range of activities, and just 3 miles away the wide Porth Neigwl Beach is ideal for beginner surfers.

The bright and spacious family home has a cottage feel to it with exposed wooden beams and brickwork. However, there’s plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The house is arranged over three floors with the living area on the first floor. This light-filled and open space has sofas for everyone, an ample kitchen and a long dining table for the whole family to gather around. French doors lead out onto an elevated patio at the front of the house. From here steps lead up to a mezzanine level where guests will find two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom with a large bathtub. The bedrooms, which are a double and a twin room, both have sloping ceilings and Velux windows. Back downstairs on the ground floor are the remaining two bedrooms and another bathroom with a walk-in shower. The comfortable double is to the rear with views over the patio garden and there is a twin room at the front. A useful under stairs cupboard houses a washing machine and dryer and space for coats and boots.

There is a first-floor balcony It features a bistro table and two chairs as well as two loungers. To the rear is an enclosed patio with a comfortable rattan corner sofa and a table.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was warm, comfy, well provisioned and much bigger than we had anticipated. Easy walk into the village and the beach. Will definitely come again.
