Tucked away just off the main thoroughfare in Woodbridge, this impressive, loft-style apartment offers luxurious and spacious accommodation ideal for memorable family stays or small groups of friends. You’ll be just 100 metres from the independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in the centre of Woodbridge, and 300 metres from the River Deben with its walks and the Tide Mill waterfront area. The forests of Tunstall and Rendlesham are within 10 miles and the pebble beach at Aldeburgh is 16 miles away.

The property, first built in 1828, has had a fascinating past as a meeting house, factory and warehouse before being renovated into a unique and captivating home. Full of features throughout, the ground floor offers a super-king-size bedroom with a wet room, a handy utility area and a cosy separate snug area with a TV that’s ideal for when kids want to enjoy a movie away from the grown-ups. Up just a few steps are two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. A modern staircase takes you to the unique open-plan living area on the first floor. With a huge skylight, a central dining table, large comfortable sofas, and a high-gloss, well-equipped kitchen, there’s plenty of space for everyone to gather together to cook, eat and relax. A further raised seating area with sumptuous seats and a desk makes an ideal reading or studying spot.

Outside the front of the house is a small patio garden complete with garden furniture perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a pre-dinner drink.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Warehouse, it really is a special property with the showcase being the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. It really brought our family closer together and we loved spending time watching films and having nightly table tennis competitions in this room. The location is excellent and a minutes walkRead more from pubs and restaurants which are mostly dog friendly. There are nice walks along the river Deben with coffee stops along the way. We also used the leisure centre and cinema, all a short walk away. The owner could not have been more supportive and was very professional in all interactions, we will definitely stay again. Hide

This is a superb property. We have stayed in many properties both in the UK and abroad and this comes absolute top. The photos don't lie, the living space is extremely generous. Two of the bedrooms are on the smaller side but all bedrooms have everything you need. There is no parking at the property but public car parks are about 100 yards at the eRead morend of the street and we never had any problems finding car parking for our 2 cars. You off load right outside the property. As a bonus the owner is extremely helpful and easily reachable by phone. Hide

The Warehouse is beautifully clean and very well equipped. Its location is ideal for accessing the harbour, shops and restaurants. I would also recommend subscribing to the RinGo Parking app which allows parking times to be updated remotely.

A perfect location for Woodbridge with shops restaurants and green spaces. The Old Warehouse is well equipped for everything you would use in your own home. We were lucky to be able to spend a lovely week in a beautiful property.

This property is fabulous. Having 3 beds & baths it's perfect for 3 couples. It has a large living area with large, very comfortable sofas and a large dining table. There are also other a couple of other seating areas if you want to 'escape'. It is immaculately kept and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. The location is great wRead moreith lots of nice pubs, restaurants & cafes within 5 walking minutes. (The one thing I'd point out is most of Woodbridge eateries seemed to be closed either Sunday & Monday or Monday & Tuesday.). If you want days out from Woodbridge, the area is full of interesting places. For both local & further afield, the owner has left files & files of recommendations. Another wonderful stay at the beautifully appointed Old Warehouse! Has everything you need and was spotless on arrival. We had good food at the Coach & Horses & Cumberland Fish Bar. Amazing pizza at the Woodyard. INCREDIBLE meal at the Anchor! Would recommend Stonham Barns for family friendly activities- Adventure golf, foot golf and foot pool. SmaRead morell issue with the Wi-Fi a couple of days into our holiday-Shock horror for the children! Simply turning it off and on again resolved the issue. Fabulous warehouse property near the centre of Woodbridge, so very convenient. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. The children loved playing table tennis on the kitchen table and having their own lounge with games, TV (to watch the ladies football) and desk for drawing their art. We had a lovely week staying at the Old Warehouse. It is such a fun house to stay in. The kids loved the separate lounge and playing table tennis on the dining table. It is a fantastic location, just a minutes walk from the town centre. We enjoyed walking into the greengrocers for fresh fruit in the morning, as well as the market & bakers. We have had a brilliant stay at what is the nicest, best equipped and most beautiful property we have stayed in to date. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness.Parked in the car park for free overnight, paid via phone from 8am-12 midday before going out for the day.We had a lovely time in Southwold, Walberswick, Sutton Hoo, Ipswich Read moreQuay etc.Food was fab in Maybush Inn (outstanding actually!) but Cumberland Fish Bar was sadly awful-soggy & oily. Weve had a great time, the house is comfortable & well equipped. Recommend H+J ice-creams from the Woodyard on the quay, also the Tide Mill & Long Boat project. Good walk up the river to Sutton Hoo & Orford Ness. The Bull up the hill has a good range of food for both omnivores & vegetarians & the local fish is great!

What a fabulous place to stay! We came with the idea to explore the area and see if we'd eventually like to move to this area of Suffolk.
