Located in the village of Southrepps is this charming cottage for three where guests will find everything they need for a peaceful getaway exploring the Norfolk countryside and coast. From the door of the cottage, you can easily find yourself on Paston Way, Weavers Way and the Bittern Line Ramble with access to miles of pathways. If you head to Aylsham (10 miles) you can experience the Bure Valley Railway, or why not head 15 miles to the Georgian town of Holt, on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a real shoppers’ paradise, packed with galleries, bookshops, cafes and antiques shops? History lovers should take a trip to the National Trust’s Felbrigg Estate (6 miles) where you can explore the house and grounds, while the sandy shores of Cromer are also just 6 miles.
The cottage itself is light and bright with warming wood burners in both the lounge and well-equipped kitchen. There is also a separate dining/garden room overlooking the back of the house with plenty of large windows to allow light to flood in. The lobby also provides ample space to store bikes or wipe muddy paws. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a comfortable double and also a further single room that has an optional truckle bed to sleep an extra guest.
Outside is a fully enclosed, partly walled, gravelled courtyard garden with seating, sun umbrellas and a BBQ for dining out on sunnier days.
