This modern bungalow is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in a sought-after part of Saundersfoot and is less than half a mile from the village centre, where you will find a variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The long sandy beach is great for families and a leisurely walk past Coppet Hall Beach and onto Wiseman’s Bridge ends in a pub serving good food with stunning views. If it’s the surf you’re after, then head to Manorbier (9 miles) where there are also rock pools for the children to explore with their fishing nets. Bosherston Lily Ponds (17 miles) has an abundant supply of wildlife – you may even see an otter – and leads onto a sandy beach with dunes.
Gather around the gas fire and watch Smart TV in the lounge or chat in the sunroom. There’s a dining table in the sunny kitchen and a handy utility room next door. One of the two double bedrooms has an en-suite wet room, and the third bedroom has bunk beds. All the bedrooms are kitted out with TVs and the bathroom features a shower over the bath.
French doors from the house lead to a patio area with garden furniture surrounded by a low-fenced enclosed garden.
