Make the most of this property’s fabulous location by simply strolling to the local National Trust nature reserve where you can access stunning coastal walks, wild sand dunes and salt marshes. Take a boat trip out to Blakeney Point to see the seal colonies and make the most of the birdwatching opportunities. Further inland is the elegant Georgian town of Holt (5.5 miles) where there is ample opportunity to explore antique shops, boutiques, bookshops and a food hall.
Inside the cottage, you’ll find a comfortable living room and a kitchen/diner, both with a modern, seaside feel. The living room benefits from having a TV and a lovely wood burner. The kitchen/diner space is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and dining furniture. (no freezer available at this property) Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom is a spacious double with built-in storage. The second, smaller bedroom is ideal for children, with bunk beds. It’s important to note that as this is a period property, the cottage-style staircase is narrow.
A step or two away from the cottage is Dotty’s Deck, an enclosed courtyard garden complete with a BBQ and garden furniture for enjoying al fresco dinners at home. There is also bike storage for those wishing to explore the local landscape on two wheels. There is one designated off-road parking space and further roadside parking nearby.
