A lovely spacious yet cosy little cottage, with more room than expected! We stayed during Christmas and it was beautifully decorated with decorations and a tree, we were greeted with a little gift of mince pies and crackers too. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need to cook a Christmas dinner with a double Read moreoven. The wood burner was a lovely addition but we didnt use it much due to the warmth of the cottage. The bedrooms are both lovely decorated and comfy, the little courtyard was perfect for our little pup too who was greeted with a pet bed and bowl which was very thoughtful. The location was ideal for us with having family near Woodbridge in Ipswich, we were not too far away. Theres plenty to do around including Jimmys Farm which is just down the road which is worth a visit. The owners were very thoughtful and went above and beyond for our Christmas stay, my little boy said he had a wonderful Christmas time here. I highly recommend and we will be looking to stay again when were down to see family in future. Thank you! Hide

Nice property with homely feel and everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Great location for exploring most of East Anglia, particularly south Suffolk and north Essex. Enjoyed Frinton on Sea and Walberswick beaches, though latter is pebbly not sandy, and Aldeburgh and many other villages. Lovely modernised cottage well situated for exploring both Suffolk and Essex. There is a friendly pub run by the village within walking distance. The drinks are half the price that you might pay elsewhere ! We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent the cottage again.
