This high-end apartment is set in the estuary town of Fowey and is ideal for couples or a small family or group of friends. Fowey is a pretty little town on Cornwall's south coast and the apartment is located within a contemporary waterside complex. The scene outside is bustling and ever-changing with the Bodinnick Ferry landing site and car parks just a few metres away, along with plenty of action on the river. There are many restaurants and independent shops and boutiques to discover in the town. It is also a real magnet for water sports enthusiasts and several sailing events are held here throughout the year. Literary fans will be interested to delve into the town's Daphne Du Maurier connection too. There are many beautiful river and coastal walks to enjoy in the area and sandy beaches just 1 mile away. The larger town of St Austell is 9 miles away, and it’s 7 miles to the Eden Project, which makes a great day out for all ages.

The apartment is contemporary in design with sleek interiors and plenty of windows looking out across the waterfront. Access to the apartment is via two flights of stairs and an outdoor space shared with the other apartment residents. The entrance hall features a useful utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and light-filled with double glass doors leading out onto a covered balcony. The interior has been finished to a high standard with a quartz stone worktop and wine cooler in the kitchen. The two bedrooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements. One is a spacious king-size room with a balcony and en-suite shower room, and the other has a zip-and-link bed, which can either be configured as a twin or super-king room. There is a second bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail.

A spacious, covered balcony extends from the living room, offering a charming place to relax and take in the fresh sea breeze and the lively activity along the river. The master bedroom also opens onto the balcony via the glass sliding doors which offer picturesque views of the river. Surrounding the apartment are beautifully landscaped gardens and shared grounds.

Beautiful apartment, very comfy beds and shower were amazing. There was plenty of wardrobe space to put your clothes, bags and suitcase away. Parking was a bonus as the carpark opposite is always full. The views from the covered balcony was great to sit, eat, drinnk and just watch the views and watch the world go by. We love Fowey and this place waRead mores our favorite place to stay in, can't wait to come back next year to this property. Thank you very much, our holiday was amazing. Hide

This is the second time we have stayed at Number 10! The property is beautifully clean, has every you need, well appointed, with a lovely balcony to watch the world go by up and down the river! Its a fantastic location for exploring Fowey and the surrounding area! Parking is the bonus!

We enjoyed our July week in 10 the old station masters apartment - despite the unseasonable weather . The Apartment was well situated and we enjoyed watching the activity on the river from the windows and balcony. The apartment was well equipped and luxurious - parking was great. Will hopefully return at some stage.
