Nestled in a peaceful rural part of Anglesey on what was once a farm, this traditional white-painted two-bedroom cottage boasts plenty of original features. Llanerchymedd is a small village near central Anglesey, an island packed with rolling green fields, ancient churches and sacred wells, with much of its coastline declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the rich maritime history and superb coastal walking at Moelfre (7 miles), a pretty village benefiting from some great cafes and independent shops. Just around the corner from the village of Moelfre, discover Traeth Lligwy beach (8.5 miles), a wide sandy stretch backed by low dunes, perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Passing through Traeth Lligwy, hop onto the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path to meander through the beautiful coastline that includes a mixture of farmland, coastal heath, dunes, salt marshes, cliffs and woodland.
Up five steps, the single-storey cottage welcomes you straight into the spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an impressive vaulted, high-beamed ceiling, exposed brick chimney breast and wooden flooring throughout. The living area has comfortable armchairs set around a cosy wood burner and TV/DVD.
