Make yourself at home in this pretty, traditional cottage made from Norfolk brick and flint and located in the sleepy village of Hindringham. It’s a desirable location for those who are looking for a rural retreat with bird-watching opportunities, walking routes and sandy beaches to explore in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (8.5 miles).
The nearest shop and pub are both 2 miles away. If you want a wider range of stores or to dine out at a restaurant, Holt (7 miles) is an ideal place to visit.
Approaching the pretty stone-fronted cottage along the stepping stones, you’ll approach a sheltered doorway. Walking inside, you’re immediately greeted by a family dining table in a light, neutral-coloured room. Cook a meal in the kitchen in your home away from home which is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The comfortable living room has a TV with a DVD player, books and games to keep you entertained on a rainy day. If the sun is shining, make the most of the bright and spacious conservatory with cane seating that looks out onto the garden. Upstairs, you’ll find three separate bedrooms which sleep up to five people. Walking into the master bedroom, the king-size bed will ensure you have a good night's sleep during your restful time away. Top it off by sinking into a tub full of bubbles in the tranquil bathroom with a WC and shower over the bath. The second bedroom is smaller, but still fits a 4’ double bed, and the final bedroom has two single beds. Please note, there are narrow cottage-style stairs.
Step out into the large, fully enclosed, south-facing lawned garden to light the BBQ and enjoy the sun. Gather the family to enjoy a meal on the garden furniture as you admire the pretty plants around you. There’s enough private parking for two cars at this property.
