Nice quirky cottage. Clean, comfortable and great location. Even though you are in the middle of town its very quiet. There is everything you need for a self catering holiday. Bed is nice and comfortable too. My only slight criticism would be that there needs to be more hanging space for clothes. Would of been OK for a long weekend but not enougRead moreh room for 2 people for a week. Also just to point out the stair are very steep. I would recommend to anyone physically fit. (stairs) Hide

Comfortable bijou cottage over 3 floors. Located right in the heart of Lynton, good cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops right on the doorstep which is ideal. Accommodation is fine for 2 active people who are out and about every day. Stairs could be an issue if someone has mobility issues but i think this is mentioned in the property details. Perfectly situated in the heart of Lynton, The Den sits within a very short walk of great places to eat and the local independent shops. It was our base for 10 days and very clean and comfortable. Ample parking is only yards away. There are so many lovely walks with spectacular views right on the doorstep that the excesses of the bars, cafes and reRead morestaurants can easily be worked off! It was our third stay and I am sure we will be back! Hide
