A spectacular Devon country home, this enticing retreat comes with a barn that can offer additional accommodation, making it ideal for a group stay. Sleeping 12 guests in total, and with dog-friendly accommodation, the beautifully finished hideaway includes a main house for 10 guests and the barn for two. Spread out and enjoy the sumptuous accommodation with your family and friends and savour quality time out in the sunshine together. Wander into Croyde to go to the sandy beach 1 mile away, stock up on supplies or eat out. Venture into vibrant Barnstaple, 8.5 miles away, to amble round colourful, independent shops and browse at the pannier market. Visit Ilfracombe, 8 miles away, too with its shops and various beaches.

Make your way into this beautifully presented house and head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to relax together after your group excursions. Light the wood burner, watch TV and prepare hearty feasts in the kitchen area for everyone to enjoy together. There is also a snug for members of your party to spread out into. A family wet room and super-king-size bedroom, with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twin by request, are also downstairs. Two king-size bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms, can be found on the first floor, together with a twin room, with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a super-king by request. A single bedroom, with extra pull-out single bed, and a family bathroom are also here. Enter the separate barn-style cottage to find it offers reverse-level accommodation. At ground-floor level, there is super-king-size bedroom, which can also be made up as a twin by request at time of booking and can offer an extra child’s bed. The family wet room is also here, together with a kitchen/diner. The lounge is on the first floor, where it has glass doors on to a deck for summer days and a Smart TV for cosy nights in.

Spend time out on the patios and decks at this holiday home, basking in the sunshine and soaking up the scenery. Sizzle supper out on the BBQ for your group and play games with the children on the lawn.

We spent a lovely holiday at this property. Plenty of inside space to relax in for 12 and everyone enjoyed the safe garden space and all it offered. Very much appreciated the wet room with children after a day on the beach. Quick walk into Croyde. Great location for other beaches close by to enjoy.

This is a lovely property, which suited our family of twelve perfectly. The property is very well equipped and is in very good condition.
