A disappointing stay unfortunately as there was mould in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had an ant infestation both inside and outside the property. The dishwasher did not work and leaked over the entire utility /kitchen floor. We did receive a nice welcome pack of welsh biscuits and tea / coffee which was a lovely touch. The bathrooms also had Read moresoaps, shampoo and shower gel available. Its a shame because with just a few touch ups this could be a very nice property. The location is beautiful and cannot be faulted. We enjoyed our stay simply for that reason alone. The weather was on our side so we were able to go on walks and use the garden daily. Hide

The property was surrounded by lovely views and was really secure, we had two dogs with us and we didnt worry about them getting out of the garden. It had everything you needed like a washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of fridge space for 10 people, games to play etc. The owners were really friendly and happy to help. Would recommend!

We had a very happy family holiday with our extended family of 3 generations. Absolutely stunning location and views, very well-placed for spectacular local walks. The garden was completely secure for our dogs (2x large and 1x medium), which was great and meant we could relax when the dogs were outside. (although dog owners please note: if you haveRead more a dog that can and will jump 3 foot fences this may not be the case. There are sheep in the field beyond). The cottage is extremely well-stocked with books and maps on the local area, history, local walks and mountain climbing guides etc. We wished we could have stayed several more weeks to explore some more!
