The nearest shop is 2 miles away in Caerwys and the nearest pub is in Babell, 1.5 miles away. There’s also a range of amenities in the market town of Holywell, 5 miles north. This truly is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with a range of footpaths and peaceful lanes to explore in every direction. Discover sandy beaches and the SeaQuarium in Rhyl (15 miles), the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay (22 miles) and a spectacular Victorian pier and boat trips in Llandudo (22 miles).
The lounge has comfortable sofas to sink into and a gas fire to keep you cosy. The kitchen has lovely views of the surrounding countryside as well as granite worktops, a large island for food preparation and a dining table large enough for everybody to eat together. A bedroom on the ground floor has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite wet room and there’s also a shower room and utility room on this level. There are five bedrooms on the first floor. One has a combination bunk bed (with a single bed above a double), another has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and a balcony with a patio table and chairs. There are also two super-king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. An additional bathroom has a free-standing bath and shower cubicle. Two further bedrooms on the second floor comprise a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The enclosed garden has a patio area and seating. You have the opportunity to meet a range of farm animals beyond the garden.
