This modern coastal holiday cottage is ideal for a stylish family holiday at the seaside. Set in an elevated position above the town of Saundersfoot, it is just half a mile into the town and onto its sandy beach. However, it is a fairly steep climb to return to the cottage, so guests may prefer to drive. The town has a busy marina and a good range of restaurants and bars. There are all sorts of water-based activities to enjoy in Saundersfoot, as well as 3 miles along the coast in Tenby. Kids and adults alike can have a go at sea kayaking, surfing, sailing or wakeboarding. The Wales Coast Path passes through the town so walkers can stride out in either direction along its pretty footpaths. Tenby also has two sandy beaches to enjoy as well as a range of independent shops to browse and plenty of restaurants and bars. It even has its own microbrewery where visitors can sample the local brews. For a fun family day out, families might like to visit Folly Farm 3.5 miles away.

The cottage is laid out all on one level with a large open-plan living space incorporating two sizable bi-fold doors opening to the garden. There are two lounge areas set with comfortable sofas and easy chairs. The sleekly designed kitchen includes a large dining table for the whole family to gather around. The whole space is wonderfully sociable and a relaxing place to spend time. The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom, a twin room and a room with bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and the family bathroom features a shower over the bath.

Outside, guests will find an ample enclosed garden to the rear with raised lawns and a patio area. A wonderful feature of this home is the bi-fold doors that open from the living space. They provide a real indoor/outdoor experience that is ideal for a relaxed family holiday. Guests can lean back on the comfortable patio seating while the kids play on the lawn. There is also a separate patio equipped with a BBQ, so al fresco cooking and dining are very much the order of the day here. An additional front terrace with seating and sea views completes the outdoor space. This is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee and gaze toward the ocean. Please note, in one section of the garden there are railway sleepers and we advise that young children are not left unattended to play on these as there is a small, stepped drop from the grass onto the patio area.

We had a lovely weekend break here. 4 adult ladies relaxing and plenty of chats and laughter. The bungalow is gorgeous and very spacious. Owner left some goodies which were much appreciated. I found my bed comfy and had no back issues which I get at home. Which Id looked for the make now lol. We stayed here for the ironman weekend, it was very convenient for heartbreak hill and just a nice brisk walk into Tenby and a short walk into Saundersfoot. There's plenty of room to spread out at the accommodation, i would recommend

Nice holiday lovely property drive is steep which we were aware of but visibility when you pull off the drive could do with improving-angled mirror perhaps?

Great property for an extended family to share. Lovely sunny garden and totally dog friendly property. Perfect location to walk down to the beach but beware there is a steep hill on your return.

A beautiful, comfortable bungalow with plenty of room both inside and out. Little quirks, which need some attention from the owners. Really enjoyed a relaxed stay & would book again. Ideal location for walking down to the beach. Brace yourself for the walk back up though!

Absolutely loved our stay at 'Sea Heights'. The open plan living space made all 8 of us feel like we had enough space and not on top of each other. All the beds and bedding provided were comfortable and clean. Garden is beautiful, although we didn't get it to use it as we stayed in Feb. Location is perfect for exploring Saundersfoot by foot and forRead more driving to Tendy which is only a short drive away. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Wonderful stay at Sea Heights. Really gorgeous property in a great location. We can not fault it! Beautiful views and great garden for my dog to run free. The property was warm, cosy, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It is modern and great as everything on one level. Loved it and will definitely go back!

Clean & spacious bungalow, comfy beds and beautiful views. Fully enclosed garden which our 2 dogs loved. 10 minute downhill walk to the beach. Took longer walking back up the hill, but worth the view!

We arrived in the dark and it was lovely and welcoming to have the lights and heating on and Christmas decorations. Plenty of room for us all, with 3 young children to play and 2 dogs as we had lots of rain over the New Year. We were able to see the sea and watched the fireworks from the balcony. It is up a hill but the children and even our 14 yeaRead morer old dog walked it a few time. We celebrated my husbands birthday he was 72 and Im 69 no problem with the hill. We will be back hopefully with better weather. This is a lovely home. Hide

Sea Heights superseded our expectations in every way. They really went the extra mile with christmas decorations and all the home comforts one could possibly need. The cottage was very spacious including a lovely garden and entertainment area. Topped off by the beautiful location making it the perfect holiday for us. Thank you :)

Had a lovely stay , well equipped and a great social layout too. Was warm and welcoming when we arrived which was lovely as it was so cold and wet . If I'm being picky we found the sofa to be a bit awkward, the back cushions are so thick it didn't feel deep enough so hard to get very comfy, but that is being very picky . I would definitely returRead moren but in summer so I could enjoy the garden and view too. Hide

It was a stunning cottage in a beautiful location. Had everything we needed for all different ages including a very large safe enclosed garden for the dogs. The cottage was beautiful and clean and just a pleasure to be there.

Kitchen: very well equipped with everything you need, but toaster a bit temperamental and pans not great on induction hob. Living/dining area: very comfortable with separate seating areas, table to seat 8, coffee table, tv, wood burner (not used). Bedrooms: comfortable, quality mattresses and pillows, adequate storage but not in twin room! BatRead morehrooms: on the small side, a bit cramped, but adequate. My biggest disappointment with Original Cottages is that we were out of the property before 10am 9th June with no damage caused and I received both a text and email asking for feedback both within 24 hours of leaving the property but it took until the Wednesday 14th June at 4pm before I got an email confirming that the 350 damage deposit would be rRead moreefunded back to my account.
