The cottage was extremely comfortable, ideally located for exploring the area and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We plan to return in the not too distant future.

The property was spotlessly clean with a lovely welcoming home-made cream tea waiting for us. The owner was on hand and happy to help with any information or further requirements, though everything necessary was already thoughtfully provided. The location is beautiful and my partner said it was the best holiday he could remember.

Great cottage, small but well designed, everything you want or need, very good location, quiet, overlooking fields but easy access to local facilities and to lovely parts of Suffolk both inland and on the coast

This is a lovely well appointed Cottage in a good location for the various Suffolk attractions. It was particularly handy to have Framlingham close by. The bed was comfortable, the shower modern and easy to use. The outdoor space is lovely And the area is peaceful. The owners couldnt be more helpful.

In the run up to the Easter weekend we had an enjoyable stayed at Marlborough House Forge. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, containing everything we needed for a short break. We were able to gain access to our accommodation slightly earlier which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

What a find, the cottage oozes luxury, its cozy,in a lovely quiet location. The owner Cathy was very welcoming and sociable, she also spoiled us with her generosity, which was much appreciated. Marlborough House Forge was very clean, comfortable & quiet. Overlooking looking fields when seated on the sofa & also the outside seating area (the weather wasn't conducive to us make use of this though). The large shower is excellent & the property well equipped. It's not a large property, but ideal for a couple.

Weve had a lovely time here at the Forge. It was inviting and pleasant straight away. We have both found it very quiet, relaxing and a great base to dash around Suffolk from. We were well looked after by OC with all the info we could possibly need. The accommodation was very comfortable and the owner lived next door - a very nice lady indeed. She made us very welcome. The countryside in the area was spectacular and great for exploring. The Sugar Beet lorries were quite busy as i guess the crop is harvested around noRead morew.
