For sunbathing, rock pooling and water sports, the long and sandy Porthleven beach is right on your doorstep. Leaving Porthleven, wander to Loe Bar, 1.5 miles along the coast path, and explore the local area with your furry friend. Visit the old tin mine at Levant Mine and Beam Engine near St Just (20 miles away), the must-see castle and tidal island, St Michaels’ Mount, at Marazion (8 miles), or the wonderful Minack Theatre at Porthcurno, 22 miles away. Children will also love Flambards Theme Park, 3.5 miles from the property.
To take advantage of the incredible views, the house is upside down, with both bedrooms on the ground floor. The twin room has an en-suite bathroom and there’s also a shower room on the ground floor. All the living space is upstairs as well as another separate WC. The large, light living/dining area has panoramic views and comfy sofas to relax in at the end of a busy day on the beach. The modern kitchen has further dining space with a breakfast bar and two tall chairs, perfect for chatting to the chef or grabbing a quick bite to eat.
Outside is an enclosed terrace with a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxing with a drink or dining alfresco.
The Lamp House and Neptune House share an EV charger (7.4kWh charger with a Type 2 connector). Guests will be charged on a 'pay as you go' basis via an App that you will need to download. Please bring your own charge cable as this will not be supplied. Full details will be provided on arrival.
