A single-storey first floor apartment less than 30 metres from the beach in a charming Cornish fishing port town, which is ideal for couples or small families who want a quiet coastal getaway. The town of Porthleven is located between the Lizard and Lands End, along the coast of Mounts Bay. If you’d like to dine out, there are plenty of amazing eateries scattered around the port — serving freshly caught seafood, pasties and ice cream. Go for a swim in the sea at the long sandy Porthleven Beach or head along the South West Coast Path to Loe Bar.

The open-plan kitchen/living/dining room is a bright and vibrant, sociable space to spend quality time with your guests. The L-shaped kitchen area is compact but neatly organised. Adjacent to this is the dining table for enjoying meal times together. Two comfortable sofas are gathered around the TV, feature electric fire and French doors which lead to the balcony with impressive sea views. Moving through into the master bedroom, you’ll find a king-size bed to ensure a good night's sleep and an en-suite with a shower and WC. If you’d like to unwind in a bubble bath, you will find a bath in the family bathroom. There are two more bedrooms in this property; one twin room as well as a single room.

At the rear of the property, you will find a small garden area with a patio, table and chairs and a lawned section. There is also a seating area on the balcony with spectacular views of the sea, where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

A really well-appointed, bright and clean flat with fantastic view of the sea (and, on a good day, the dolphins!). Lovely, helpful owner and very kind welcome gifts in the form of a cream tea and very nice bottle of wine. Will book again.

This is a comfortable,tidy and well positioned property which is also good value. The rear parking and level access with garden is a big bonus.

Lovely clean flat - we had amazing views of the waves crashing as storm Kathleen hit when we arrived. Rear access a good plus for unloading/loading the car or just not having to do the stairs after a very long day out and about. The property advertises a washer/dryer, but it is just a washing machine. It is a tight squeeze around the bed to accesRead mores the window and the wardrobe in the main bedroom. Hide

Absolutely stunning location and views were amazing. The welcome pack was beautiful with milk and wine in the fridge. Added bonus of a back garden for drying beach towels. The beds were super comfortable too. Definitely recommend.

Great property with all the appliances and items you need for a self catering holiday. Close to the town and the beach is only 100 yards away. Ample parking available. Would return/recommend.
