This spacious four-bedroom property features a smart modern design and clear coastal views overlooking the world-famous St Michael’s Mount. A comfortable retreat for families and coastal explorers. The ancient market town of Marazion less than 1 mile away, allegedly one of the oldest towns in Britain, boasts restaurants, traditional pubs, craft shops and art galleries. Off the coast, explore the iconic St Michael’s Mount less than 0.5 miles away, a rocky island topped by a medieval church and castle, with stunning views towards the Lizard Peninsula and Land's End. Overlooking St Michael’s Mount, discover Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (2.5 miles) which provides a dramatic landscape of exotic and sub-tropical planting interwoven with inspiring art by internationally renowned artists. Stroll around secluded Prussia Cove 4.5 miles away, a hidden gem of unspoiled natural beauty, famous as the home of 18th-century smuggler Harry Carter, known as the King of Prussia.

Through the front door, you’re welcomed into the spacious living room, featuring a calming neutral palette, large leather sofas and superb panoramic sea views out to the coast and beyond. Outside the living room, you can admire the stunning views further on the modern glass balcony. Back through the property, you’ll find the dining room featuring a large wooden dining table to cater for plenty of guests. The modern, all-white U-shaped kitchen at the rear of the property is flooded with natural light by the two sets of glass patio doors and is well-equipped with all modern appliances. There is also a king-size bedroom on this level featuring a gorgeous metal bedstead and an en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower and WC. You’ll also find another king-size bedroom downstairs on the ground floor, as well as a twin room and a final cosy single room with a pull-out trundle bed (suitable for children only). Back through the landing, you’re met with an ultra-modern family bathroom on this level that features a beautiful freestanding bath, a separate shower cubicle and WC. There is also a handy cloakroom with an additional WC.

Patio doors in the kitchen open onto a vast decking space, leading out onto a large lawned garden enclosed by high landscaped hedging, creating the perfect private space for garden games and BBQs. An outside secure garage houses a tennis table for non-stop fun no matter the weather and is the ideal spot for storing bikes. This is the most amazing house with spectacular views as its cleverly configured to be upside down - theres always something to see even on a stormy day from the comfortable chairs in the sitting room and the proximity to the beach is fabulous.

This was our second visit to this property and it was just as lovely this time. It is well situated with amazing views to St Michaels Mount and across the bay. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is well equipped, having a dual fuel cooker and a large fridge freezer. There is both a washing machine and dryer in the garage which also houses Read morea table tennis table with a supply of bats and balls which were great fun on the one rainy afternoon we had. There are 2 high quality stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs which we found helpful with dogs but would be excellent for anyone with small children. The garden is enclosed and safe. We will rebook again in the future. Hide

The cottage was lovely, very well equipped, in a stunning location , with incredible sea views. There is one thing to consider when choosing the cottage, thats access. If you have mobility issues or a dog that is unable to use stairs, there is no access to the living area of the cottage. The lounge, kitchen, and dinning area are all on the upperRead more level. I don't like upside down properties but this one works really well, access to the garden from upstairs and great views across the bay.
