Porthleven is a historic town with a fantastic mix of places to eat. Within just 200 metres of the apartment block you will find shops, pubs and restaurants to whet everyone’s appetites. It also boasts a 3-mile beach beyond the harbour, which is great for sunbathing or surfing. If you are a group of keen walkers, join the exceptional South West Coast Path. The route runs through Porthleven and cusps the coast of Cornwall and Devon, with both challenging and easy sections, and superb scenery. Travel 1 mile to the National Trust’s Penrose, a lovely wood, lake, and parkland running alongside the coast.

We've stayed here a number of times over the years and really value the privacy, wonderful location and private parking. The apartment is a really good size for four although we have often booked it out for just the two of us out of season. Some of the kitchen equipment is starting to need replacing as it is looking a little tatty but that won't sRead morepoil your holiday in this wonderful place. Hide

We love Porthleven, this is our 4th stay at St Elvans Court. Location is fab. Flat clean, and pretty much fine. Just a few minor things which could be improved.

Our third visit to this property, doesnt disappoint. Excellent location with the added bonus of parking, an asset in Porthleven! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The only negative, TV could do with upgrading to a smart TV, would help for those nights in

This is our second time in this property, its location is brilliant and for space and comfort it would be hard to fault, to have your own parking space is also a massive win.
