A spacious home situated in a sleepy spot with beautiful sea views and backing onto the coastal path. Perfect for a group of six friends looking to explore Cornwall’s coast and countryside. Located in the sleepy village of Perranuthnoe, you will find a gastropub and a couple of cafes within 500 metres of the property. Spend a day on the sandy stretches of Perranuthnoe Beach, popular with sunbathers, swimmers, and surfers. Head 2 miles to Mount’s Bay and the fabulous towns of Marazion and Penzance (5.5 miles), and pay the tidal island of St Michael’s Mount a visit.

A lovely cottage that easily and comfortably sleeps 6. The location and views were really special, close to the beach and two very nice cafe/restaurants and a very nice pub close by. So good we will be returning in 2025.

Although it could do with some tlc and a few minor, but important, improvements, this is a very nice, spacious house in a great location, with a small but attractive garden. We would book it again. The village of Perranuthnoe is lovely, very friendly and with two excellent cafs and an excellent pub. The house is metres from the South West Coast patRead moreh. Hide

A warm and comfortable house in a great location. The view was amazing. The house is very spacious and would be ideal for a relaxed family holiday near the beach. It could do with a bit of updating but is more than adequate. The village is very nice with a good pub and two cafes. We had a good week.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Stayed for Christmas week and managed to cook a full Christmas dinner in the more than adequate oven. It looks like the owners have taken note of past reviews by adding under cupboard lights and essential bits and pieces in the kitchen. Also fridge freezer was big enough to fit all our Christmas essentials inRead more. It would be nice to have a dish washer but that certainly didnt spoil things. Mince pies left for us was a lovely touch. We had a really lovely Christmas and certainly made use of the wonderful wood burner. Hide

The property is an end terrace with off road parking to the rear. It is a little dated and would benefit from some refurbishment especially the shower. The central heating was more than sufficient, but the wood burner was a nice to have and had to be used! Excellent location with easy access to the coastal path and local beach. Very good cafes and Read moresuperb food served at the local pub, all within 2 minute walk. Garden is not fully enclosed and has a low wall that dogs can easily jump. Overall we had a great week and are planning to rebook for next year. Hide

Fabulous location. The property just needs lots of money spending on it to make it more in line with other properties of this price. Kitchen especially needs gutting, knocking through etc

I only gave equipment 3 and not a 4 because I felt a few small items were missing such as hand soap both downstairs in the kitchen and upstairs. There is no hand basin in the toilet, though I understand the preference for a washing machine instead of a hand basin (washing machine was very useful) but liquid sanitiser in the toilet would have been uRead moreseful. Foil would have been useful as is not the sort of thing you think of bringing and more tea towels. also hooks in the bathroom and bedroom doors that are not the stick on variety as they just fall off with the slightest of weight. also the tv remotes really need checking every time as they had a real problem, maybe the batteries. time and time again this is a problem in rental properties as they are never thought to be checked properly. Comfort, generally very comfy, especially the bed which was wonderful. It was also lovely and warm, too warm in fact so we kept turning it off. a good size kitchen lounge and bedrooms too. The settee though was not very comfy for us. Generally we loved the cottage very much, especially the view and the proximity to the beach. I have stayed in Perran most years for 40 years. During childhood I stayed in 'Sunnyside' but now we have a dog and they do not take dogs and it is very expencive so I was very pleased to find 4 Withey cottage with a secure garden for our little dog. Please do not change the garden to AstroTurf monstrosity as that is no good for dogs, wildlife, or children's bare feet as it getting burning hot in the sun and just does not look like the Cornish countryside and a suitable foreground to the fields and sea view.
