The property is a quaint apartment situated in the heart of Helford village, above the village store. Its waterside location and comfortable interiors make it the perfect place to head for a couple, a small family or a group of friends. The South West Coast Path runs through Helford and can take you along some of the county’s most dramatic coastline. It is also possible to discover deserted coves along the river’s edge which are only accessible by water. The village also has a ferry stop that takes people across the estuary to Helford Passage Beach.
The property’s front door is accessed via wooden steps from the side of the shop, which lead to a decking area. You'll enter the property into the bright, well-equipped kitchen. This room leads through to the sizeable and inviting living room with breathtaking views of the water from the large bay window seat. There is plenty of comfy seating here, set around an electric fire The dining area with a table and chairs is nestled under the spiral staircase in the corner of the room. Next to the living room is the main bedroom with a double bed and offers views towards the village, the creek and out to sea. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath. Upstairs, with slightly restricted headroom, the landing - home to a sofa and desk - leads to the twin room where you can look out to the stream and creek.
The decking area outside the front door has its own garden furniture and impressive views of the creek and estuary.
