A bright, contemporary, holiday retreat in Abersoch, this reverse-level, two-bedroom property is perfect for a family break in North Wales. Sleeping five guests, it has a balcony for outside dining and a wood burner for cosy nights in. From here, walk 500 metres down to the sandy beach to picnic, splash in the sea and try your hand at water sports. Hop in the car and venture 2 miles to the long beach at Porth Neigwl, which is popular with surfers. Dine out in Abersoch or head 7 miles to Pwllheli, with its selection of eateries. Undertake a section of the Wales Coast Path to enjoy the enchanting coastal scenery of the Llyn Peninsula on foot.

Step into the property at ground-floor level, hang your coats in the vestibule, and find your bedrooms downstairs. These include a family room, with a double bed and a single, and a king-size bedroom. The family bathroom is also here. Make your way down steep paddle steps to a lower-ground-floor utility area. Afterwards, head up to the first floor to find the stylish, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can watch TV and catch up on your favourite box sets via the Google Chromecast if you have a streaming platform on your phone. Stoke up the wood burner on chilly days then bask in its inviting heat. Prepare meals for your party in the chic kitchen and take a small step up to dine together at the table.

Great little home in a superb location for everything in Abersoch. Only room for a small car, but street parking also available. Warm and cozy with all the equipment you might need.

The cottage was beautiful! Very homely, comfortable and super cosy (which we needed due to stormy weather!) Great location and perfect for a short break in Abersoch - would definitely recommend this property.

Wouldnt say its a cottage more terraced or mews. Externally very tired looking. Only 3 dining room chairs. Bed very low to the floor, bathroom shower not fitted well had to hold it and screen insufficient. Kitchen facilities good.

Lovely property in walking distance to the village and the beach. Lovely kitchen area with everything you need, high quality appliances too. A spar shop is close by and there is parking right outside the property which is a bonus. Would definitely book again.

This is our third year booking through Aberosch holiday homes, so easy to do and staff always so helpful when we call. This is our first year at 20 Cae du and what a gem it was, location was fab right next to the Spar shop and short walk down Golf road to the main beach. Was concerned about parking on the road but there was actually designated pRead morearking to the side of the house which was perfect. The house had everything we needed, and provided high chair and baby gates for our 6 month old baby. My 9 year nephew loved the house so much, he wanted the next holiday makers cancelled so he could stay longer. So looks like we'll definitely be returning in the future. Hide
