Dating back to the mid 1600s, this property offers plenty of character and charm, but has also been thoughtfully updated with all the features required to have a relaxing holiday in spectacular surroundings. Set within the sleepy seaside village of Overstand, an impressive hamlet that boasts an array of beautifully-designed houses, there’s a range of amenities and a wonderful beach within a mile for you to enjoy. Venture 2 miles up the coast the ever-popular seaside town of Cromer for a taste of their locally-caught crab or head 4 miles inland to visit the beautiful Felbrigg Estate.

On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room featuring a dark-beamed ceiling, sumptuous sofas, large TV and a wood burner – it sets the scene for a cosy night in perfectly. The dining room has been similarly decorated with a monochrome scheme and has an open fireplace. The kitchen is the heart of this home, with its quarry tiled floor, dark beams looming overhead and impressive range cooker all set around a big island. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second room with king-size bed and this links to a Jack and Jill shower room with bedroom three beyond, housing a double bed.

A lovely cottage, a short walk from the sea front. The owner was very helpful and we had everything we needed in the cottage.

A fantastic property, perfect location for walking down to a wonderful and quiet beach area. Located near a small and very friendly village, perfect for quiet and picturesque walks. House very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely consider returning.

a fantastic property. In a great location with with great facilities. Be aware if youre very tall as the ceilings in some areas are low. we had an amazing time exploring the area and would definitely go back

A lovely cottage situated in a convenient location. Everything was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely book again.

All considering it was a nice house in a good location, lacking in some of the advertised components but we still enjoyed our stay
