The village is on the south-east corner of the Llyn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty steeped in Welsh culture with over 100 miles of coastline against the dramatic backdrop of Snowdonia.
The welcoming hallway features a pretty painted sideboard, occasional chair and nest of tables and leads onto an L-shaped living room with dual-aspect gallery windows boasting lovely views of the sea and countryside. From here, a patio door leads to the front terrace. The large kitchen has far-reaching views across the rear garden and the other living space comprises a bright and airy dining room with an extending oak table and a small conservatory with a two-seater sofa. The three bedrooms also have views; two have double beds and one has a double bed with a single bunk bed over and a further single bed. There are two bathrooms, mitigating any queues in the mornings.
The elevated front terrace catches the sun throughout the day and has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The rear patio has a luxury hot tub and a summer house with tables and chairs. Both are fully enclosed ensuring safety for small children.
