If you fancy a dose of greenery, you could head to Carlton Marshes (2.5 miles), a nature reserve where cattle graze during the warmer months.
The house, which adjoins the owner’s property, has its own private entrance. Once inside, you’ll soon notice brightly painted walls throughout that bring character and warmth to this property. On the ground floor, you’ll have a large sitting room with plenty of comfy seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner for keeping warm in winter. From here, you can walk through to the dining room, a welcoming space with a table and chairs for enjoying meals together. The attractive kitchen has a flagstone-style floor and cream units, plus everything you need to cook up delicious meals – as well as a high-quality coffee machine. There’s a downstairs WC, too, for your convenience. Head up to the first floor and you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms. There’s a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room featuring a wet room-style shower and WC, plus a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom also has a wet room-style shower.
Outside the property, you’ll have your own enclosed garden with a furnished patio, a lawn and lots of well-established plants. This is where you’ll find the hot tub, which is ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring. There’s also a pizza oven (which is for the owner’s use only).
