This attractive bungalow is ideal for a small group of friends or family to enjoy a relaxing break together. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the centre of town. Halesworth is a friendly market town arranged around a river with many independent shops to discover. As you wander through its pleasant streets you’ll pass many historic buildings and green spaces. There is also a good range of traditional pubs and inviting cafes and restaurants. The surrounding area is popular with walkers and for cycling and there are many lovely trails to follow. It is also less than 10 miles to the Suffolk Heritage Coast where there are sandy beaches and tranquil heathlands to discover. The little village of Walberswick is very popular with its sandy beach and picture postcard village green surrounded by pastel-hued cottages. The larger seaside town of Southwold is just next-door with its amusements pier and promenade. The whole area is part of the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The bungalow accommodation is all arranged on one level with ample space both indoors and out. Guests enter via a welcoming hallway with plenty of space to store coats and boots. The large open-plan lounge and dining area opens from here and is spacious and stylishly decorated. There are comfortable sofas and a big wooden dining table with space for six diners. The ample kitchen is well kitted out with plenty of workspace for cooking together. The two inviting bedrooms have soft carpets and pleasant aspects. One is a king-size room and the other has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made up as twins on request. Both rooms share the use of the sleek family shower room with a double-size walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
Outside guests will find a large and sheltered patio area with trees and a lawn to one side. This is set with a large wooden dining table and chairs, making it perfect for sharing meals al fresco. To the far side of the drive is a large lawn area that is also for guests to use.
